The new building of Goede Doelen Loterijen

We are helping to realize a new business premises for Goede Doelen Loterijen and with the design agency Benthem Crouwel Architects. Previously, the employees of Charity Lotteries were spread out around the Vondelpark. It's high time to bring them together under one roof!

Circular construction and BREEAM

Circular construction and BREEAM were the main reasons why we were allowed to participate in this beautiful project. Our facades are made almost entirely of aluminum, which means a high degree of recycling and hardly any residual waste. In addition, we always use maintenance-friendly and recyclable materials. We take the environment, sustainability into account and take energy-saving measures. JAZO also has an environmental management system that is certified according to ISO 14001. And that fits perfectly with the customer's requirements.

Our products

The building contains approximately 65m2 of VS-27R facade cladding. These are vertical blades and this facade contains both ventilating and non-ventilating parts. The unique thing about our system? That these ventilating or non-ventilating parts are not visible from the outside and the facade therefore looks extremely sleek! There are also different types of doors in the facade for the transformer room, water meter, organic waste room and corridor. The majority of the doors have a burglar resistance of class 2.

Unique details

The facade contains several safety devices, such as the Philips lamp, camera, card reader (to open the door), an intercom and a traffic light. Recesses have been milled in the grid package where these elements are placed. These unique details make this project even more special!
