Project: Apartment complex in Scheveningen

At JAZO Zevenaar bv we are proud that we have been involved in countless projects that are not only functional, but also make an aesthetic statement. One of those projects that has attracted our attention is the apartment complex on the beautiful Scheveningen beach. Here we have used our expertise to provide shielding, access and ventilation of the technical areas. Read on to discover more about our contribution to this project.

Our products

Working closely with the project team, we have developed a range of solutions that ensure the functionality and safety of the building, without compromising on design. For example, we installed a steel door, equipped with our safety ventilation grilles type HS-27R. Stainless steel fire-resistant cassettes are mounted behind the grilles, which meet the fire resistance E60 EW60 standard according to NEN-EN 1634-1.

In the project we also supplied and installed a facade with an aluminum door. This facade is equipped with safety ventilation grilles of the HS-27R type. And what makes this configuration unique is that part of the facade is ventilated and part is not, while the visual aspect from the outside remains uniform. This shows that functionality and design can go hand in hand.

The challenge

Finally, in addition to the doors and grilles, we also focused on other aspects of the project, such as the speed gates in the building. Here we applied our HD-27R cladding to create a streamlined look that is in line with the architecture of our other products in the building.
