Our ventilating grilles

At JAZO we offer three different lines of ventilating grilles: Lines-36, Lines-48 and Lines-60. These lines are designed with a specific pitch in millimeters, which provides flexibility for different applications. Best of all, the grilles within each line can be combined effortlessly due to their uniform external appearance.

Our grids can also be used vertically. This is the VS (vertical safety) series.

Choosing the right grilles:

Each type of grille has been carefully developed to meet different requirements in terms of ventilation, safety and aesthetics. Each type offers unique features and benefits. The different types of schedules are briefly described below, so that you as a customer can make the right choice based on your specific needs and requirements.

HS (High Safety) Serie

Specially designed for areas that require a high level of safety, such as utilities, machine rooms and parking garages. The HS series meets strict requirements in terms of permeability, resistance to vermin, rain, snow, dust, fire and burglary resistance. The fully welded construction provides excellent stability and easy installation. And these grilles are designed to be puncture-resistant, making them ideal for applications where safety and protection are critical.

HJ (Horizontal Jalousie) Serie

The HJ (Horizontal Jalousie) series offer an optimal solution for situations where high air flow and significant rain resistance are required.

The main purpose of the HJ grilles is to obstruct the line of sight from normal viewing points. JAZO offers architects a product that offers a solution for the often conflicting requirements of form and functionality.

HF (High Flow) Serie

Ideal for commercial and industrial construction where special requirements are imposed on air flow and low air pressure increase, but where rain resistance is less important, such as in some emergency power generator rooms and combined electricity/heat production (CHP) rooms, engine rooms, boiler houses and compressor buildings. The HF series offers excellent airflow with minimal pressure loss. The design focuses on efficiency and easy installation.

The HF grilles let in a lot of air through a relatively small surface area. Please note that the resistance to rain penetration of the HF series is less optimized.

VS (Vertical Safety) Serie

A technical room with special machinery or electrical equipment may require a high level of ventilation, but maximum protection against ingress of water, snow or dust is necessary. Due to the vertical orientation of the slats, the VS is absolutely resistant to rain, penetration of sand, snow and dust, even in extreme weather conditions. The VS grilles are designed to be penetration-resistant, making them ideal for applications where safety and protection are crucial.

Facade cladding for a seamless design

In addition to our ventilating grille types, we also offer a selection of facade cladding. Our three different lines also have non-ventilating profiles that can easily be combined with our ventilating grilles. This way you not only maintain optimal air flow, but the appearance of your building also remains intact.

With our JAZO horizontal (HD) and vertical (VD) facade cladding you can effortlessly connect different window frames spread across the facade, so that they almost seem to disappear from the overall design. Let us help you create a facade that is both functional and visually impressive.
